Group Women's Strength Training Class

Join a welcoming, women-only strength training class where you’ll learn proper weightlifting techniques in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Perfect for all fitness levels, these sessions run Monday through Thursday, 5:30-6:30 PM, at a private training studio. Build strength, confidence, and connection alongside a community of women cheering you on every step of the way.

$180 monthly membership

$25 drop in session

Private in Person Sessions

Hour long private personal training sessions designed with your unique goals, lifestyle, and fitness level in mind. I’ll guide you through personalized workouts, focusing on proper form, progressive strength building, and strategies that fit seamlessly into your daily life. These one-on-one sessions provide the support, accountability, and expertise you need to succeed

$60-70/session

Women's Bootcamp

Short on time but ready to get stronger? This 45-minute bootcamp is designed for busy women who want an efficient, results-driven workout without spending hours in the gym. Combining strength training and endurance work, each session helps you build muscle, boost stamina, and feel more confident in your body. These sessions run Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 6:45-7:30PM

$160 monthly membership
