About Coach Courtney
I graduated in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, along with specialties in health/wellness coaching and psychology. My education gave me a solid foundation in the science behind fitness and the mental and emotional aspects that come with it.
During college, I started getting into strength training but felt overwhelmed by all the advice out there. I struggled with self confidence, had a hard time figuring out the right routine, and what to eat. It took a lot of trial, error, and self-discovery before I finally started seeing real progress—and I realized that many women go through the same thing! In 2021, I began training others, turning my personal experience and education into a passion for helping women feel strong and confident in their own skin. In 2023, I took it to the next level by becoming a certified strength and conditioning coach.
Fast forward to 2024, and I’ve launched my own business dedicated to helping women break free from body shame and find real strength and balance—just like I did. My goal is to make your journey fun and take the frustration out of it by providing you with all the tools and support you need.
